Leadership From Inside Out

Real transformation begins when leaders shift their mindset and embrace growth as a journey, not a quick fix.

Just as physical fitness requires consistent effort, emotional and mental fitness demand the creation of new neural pathways, refinement of self-identity, and cultivation of resilience.

LeadIN™ recognizes that “outside-in” approaches—relying on checklists or surface-level techniques—fall short in fostering lasting change. Instead, our inside-out approach empowers leaders to align their mindset, emotions, and actions, creating authentic, sustainable impact.
LeadIN™  - Because Emotional Intelligence (EI) isn’t just a certificate you hang on the wall. It’s a behavior you practice.

Our Client Stories

Suzanne

Everyone should have a Coachability Coach!

"I was the biggest skeptic of coaching until I had the benefit of being coached by Raj Anderson. Not only did she convert my thinking about the power of coaching to improve my life, she's helped me break through all the barriers I put up that kept me from achieving my greatest dreams. She got me so hooked I'm pursuing my own coaching certification. What an inspiration! Everyone should have a Coachability Coach!"

–Suzanne Crane Sr. Director - Global Education Consulting

Tanya

Huge shifts in my leadership identity!

"As a young Black woman, I was nervous about the potential challenges of leading a department with high visibility. Working with Raj helped me identify the origin of my fears and allowed me to build the skills I needed to navigate the major shift in my career. She also helped me dig deep into the kind of leader I wanted to be for my team, students, and university community. She really helped me find my voice and feel confident using it in a way that is purpose-driven and meaningful to me and my work."

Certification FAQs

What certificate is received at the end of the program?

By the end of the program, you will receive a certificate from Coachability as a Leadership Essentials Professional. This means you’ve completed all the requirements for the 6-month program. Your certificate will also display badges from various professional bodies, indicating that the program has been approved for standards and competencies by those organizations.

What do I need to do to get certified after completing the program?

To earn your certification, you’ll need to complete and submit your My Leadership Blueprint Project — a short self-recorded video where you share your program journey, key learnings, and how you plan to lead moving forward.
(Instructions and resources for this project will be provided with the course materials.)

How does this program help me lead with greater impact?

This program is designed to be interactive and collaborative — you’ll work alongside your Program Buddy throughout your journey, sharing insights and learning together. In Module 5, you’ll also get the chance to collaborate with a group on an engaging project called the Authentic Influence Workplace Project, where you’ll apply your new skills to a real challenge you’re facing — practicing influence, courage, and leadership in action. (Detailed instructions and examples are provided in the course materials.)

What does it mean to be “accredited” or to earn accredited hours?
At Coachability, we hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. When a course is accredited, it means it has been reviewed and approved by a recognized professional organization for its quality, relevance, and alignment with industry standards.

This accreditation allows you to:

  • Earn official continuing education hours or credits
  • Apply those hours toward renewing or obtaining professional certifications
  • Demonstrate to employers and clients that your learning is backed by respected, industry-recognized credentials

Our programs are recognized and trusted by:

  • ICF – for professional coaches
  • SHRM – for HR professionals
  • CPD – for global career development
  • ATD – for talent and learning professionals
Can the certificate list multiple accreditations?
Yes. If a program is approved by more than one accrediting body, your certificate will display all relevant accreditation logos along with the corresponding credit or hour details for each.
  • What is ICF?
  • How are ICF-accredited hours earned through Coachability?
  • Can hours be used towards ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC)?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the gold standard for professional coaches worldwide. It sets the global benchmarks for coaching ethics, training, and credentialing.

Why does it matter?

If you’re a coachor aspiring to become one– earning ICF credentials (ACC, PCC, MCC) signals to clients and employers that you are credible, skilled, and committed to excellence in coaching.

How Coachability helps:

We provide ICF-accredited Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours that can be applied toward:
  • Renewing your ICF credential
  • Meeting the learning requirements for ACC, PCC, or MCC applications

When you complete our program, you’ll receive a certificate detailing your ICF-approved Core Competency and Resource Development hours, proof that your learning meets the highest professional standards in coaching.

How are ICF-accredited hours earned through Coachability?

It’s simple! Enroll in any of our programs labeled “ICF Accredited” or “ICF CCE (Continuing Coach Education)”. Once you successfully complete the program, you’ll receive an official certificate showing exactly how many Core Competency and Resource Development hours you’ve earned.

You can then submit these hours directly to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) to renew your credential or apply for a new one– fast, straightforward, and recognized worldwide.

Can hours be used towards ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC)?

Yes! If your hours are labeled as ICF-accredited CCEs, you can apply them toward renewing your existing ICF credential.
For initial credentialing (ACC, PCC, or MCC), you’ll need to complete courses that are part of an ICF Level 1 or Level 2 certification pathway. These programs provide the structured training hours required for your first credential application.
  • What is SHRM?
  • How are SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) earned?
The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) is the leading HR certification and professional development body in the United States. It helps HR professionals grow their expertise, stay up to date with industry changes, and maintain prestigious credentials such as SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP.

Why does it matter?

Many organizations require SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for HR-related training. SHRM is recognized and trusted by employers worldwide, making these credits a powerful asset for your career growth.

How Coachability helps:

Our SHRM-approved courses allow you to earn PDCs that count toward your recertification. When you complete the program, you’ll receive a certificate featuring the official SHRM seal and the exact number of PDCs you’ve earned, clear proof of your commitment to professional excellence.

How are SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) earned?

It’s easy! Enroll in any course labeled “SHRM Recertification Provider Approved.” Once you successfully complete the course, you’ll receive a certificate clearly showing the number of PDCs you’ve earned.

You can then log these credits directly into your SHRM Recertification Portal to maintain your SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential, keeping your expertise current and your professional standing strong.
  • What is CPD?
  • What are CPD hours, and how are they earned?
  • How can CPD certificate be used?
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a global standard for ongoing professional learning and skills development across industries. It’s especially valued in the UK, Canada, and many other international markets.

Why does it matter?

CPD recognition signals that you’re committed to continuous growth and professional excellence. A CPD certificate can strengthen your résumé, enhance your credibility with employers or clients, and in some fields, help fulfill licensing or regulatory requirements.

How Coachability helps:
When you complete one of our CPD-approved programs, you’ll receive an official CPD Certificate of Completion stating the number of CPD hours earned. You can use this certificate anywhere CPD is recognized (locally or globally) to demonstrate your dedication to professional development.

What are CPD hours, and how are they earned?

CPD hours are internationally recognized units of measurement for ongoing professional development. They reflect the time you’ve invested in structured learning that meets global CPD standards.

If a program is CPD-certified, you’ll automatically receive an official CPD Certificate of Completion at the end, showing exactly how many hours you’ve earned. You can then use these hours to strengthen your résumé, meet licensing requirements, or demonstrate your commitment to continuous growth.

How can CPD certificate be used?

Your CPD certificate is recognized across many industries, especially in international markets, as proof of your ongoing training and upskilling. You can present it to employers to showcase your commitment to growth, submit it to regulatory bodies to meet professional requirements, or include it in your professional portfolio to boost your credibility and career opportunities.
  • What is ATD?
  • How are ATD-recognized education hours earned?
  • What’s the difference between ATD points and hours?
The Association for Talent Development (ATD) supports professionals in learning and development, training, and organizational growth. They offer globally recognized certifications such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) and APTD (Associate Professional in Talent Development).

Why does it matter?

ATD professional development (PD) hours demonstrate your commitment to advancing your skills as a trainer, facilitator, or talent leader. These hours are highly valued in corporate, nonprofit, and educational environments, signaling that you meet respected industry standards.

How Coachability helps:

Our programs provide PD hours that can be self-reported for ATD certification or renewal. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate detailing the hours you’ve earned, making it simple to submit them toward your professional credentialing goals.

How are ATD-recognized education hours earned?

While ATD does not formally accredit programs in the same way as ICF or SHRM, they do recognize high-quality professional development toward their certifications. Coachability offers education hours that qualify for ATD credit and can be self-reported when applying for or renewing your CPTD or APTD certification.

What’s the difference between ATD points and hours?

ATD measures learning in Professional Development Hours (PDHs) rather than points. The hours listed on your Coachability certificate are eligible for ATD credit and can be directly counted as PDHs toward your CPTD or APTD certification requirements.
What can be done with the CCEs/Credits from the various awarding bodies?
The Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units or credits you earn in this program are recognized by leading professional organizations, including ATD, ICF, CPD, and SHRM. This means you can apply them toward renewing or obtaining professional accreditations, certifications, or memberships offered by these bodies. Whether you’re advancing your coaching credentials, maintaining HR or talent development certifications, or building your professional profile, these credits help you meet recognized industry standards and strengthen your qualifications.
