Coaching Engagements

Every engagement is led by ICF-credentialed coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC), matched to your context by engagement level, focus, and competency fit. Delivered via our Coaching Portal with agreed outcomes, practical next steps, and a coaching alliance grounded in partnership, constructive challenge, and accountability.

What every engagement includes:   

  • Coach match + kickoff alignment (goals & success measures).
  • Unmetered access with fair-use guidance (most average ~2 sessions/month).
  • Between-session support via portal chat.
  • Shared workspace: goals, notes, actions, resources, private journal.
  • Real-work/life assignments, projects and behavioral change practices agreed in partnership.
  • Check-ins (coach + optional sponsor touchpoints: kickoff / mid / close-out).
  • Simple dashboards & exportable summaries ICF-aligned, confidential coaching.
