About this Workshop:

This workshop focuses on fostering a coaching mindset and introducing practical tools to integrate coaching principles into leadership practices.

Through interactive exercises and real-world scenarios, participants will gain insights into how coaching fosters collaboration, growth, and innovation.

This workshop serves as the first step in exploring coaching principles and provides participants with actionable approaches to begin applying immediately.

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

By the end of this session, participants will:
✔ Explore the value of a coaching culture: Understand the benefits of coaching for individuals, teams, and organizational success.
✔ Understand the coaching mindset: Reflect on the link between self-leadership, agency, and core coaching competencies.

✔ Gain foundational coaching knowledge: Learn key concepts and introductory techniques for integrating coaching principles into leadership.
✔ Take actionable first steps: Identify practical ways to incorporate coaching into their daily leadership practices.

✔ In-person at your location (travel fees apply)

Relevant for professionals at all levels, especially senior managers, people leaders, and individuals driving change initiatives who want to embed coaching principles into their leadership style.

Up to 30 participants per session (larger groups on request).

Certification Eligibility:
