About this Workshop:

This experiential workshop develops questioning as a high-impact professional skill. You’ll explore why questions matter, what may be preventing you from asking them, and how to use curiosity with intention.

Grounded in coaching competencies such as trust, listening, and curiosity, you’ll learn practical question language that sparks clarity, deepens thinking, and strengthens connection. You’ll practice purposeful 'What' and 'How' questions that move conversations forward without triggering defensiveness.

You’ll leave with sharper thinking, better decision-making, and the confidence to create more meaningful dialogue at work.
